A cooperation between KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd and the LENTOS Art Education Department.

On the occasion of the exhibition Extraordinaire! (7.6. – 18.8.2019) at LENTOS, a workshop series for world-experienced adults started in June and July.

Based on the idea that the artists in the exhibition note their own world in a special way, each workshop participant develops an individual book. Inspired by everyday life and the works in the exhibition, they will create, for example, a pop-up, a sketchbook, a diary or a three-dimensional book object. In the workshops, various artistic processes will be taken up. We draw, fold, write, photograph and design with different materials such as veneers, foils or fabrics.

Kick-off date: Thursday, June 13, 6:00 p.m. in the Danube Studio at LENTOS.

Presentation of the workshop results: Saturday,July 27, 2:00 p.m.
