VILDAN TURALIĆ
Installation
Part of the exhibition Nature. On Temperature Differences
Exhibition dates: 17 July – 8 August 2025
As a multidisciplinary artist, Vildan Turalić works in media including installation, photography, and video. His repertoire also encompasses sculptural and drawing-based approaches, which he sometimes extends through technological means such as imaging techniques. Turalić’s works express a wide range of conceptions of nature and time. Processes of emergence and decay, natural cycles, and forms of memory are just as central as the porous boundary between nature (“grown”) and culture (“built”). He seeks to explore spaces beyond prevailing instrumental notions of nature and linear conceptions of time. (Stefan Gassenbauer)
