The square. One statement. Many nests.
In the series “Art Opens Spaces…”, the office of Provincial Councillor Gerstorfer invites artists and art institutions to present their work. This series is now being launched with the KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd, pro mente OÖ, featuring the photo and Diasec works “If I Were A Dancer” (2016), “It’s Not Enough to Have a Statement” (2014ff) and “Nests” (2017).
The entrance and arrival area is transformed into a presentation and exhibition space for rotating artworks, giving a visible platform to the relevance and impact of current contemporary art, fostering engagement with it, and providing aesthetic experiences for visitors and staff.
