The annual theme of KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd served as an impulse to tell stories in pictures and words in a series of workshops and to create a book from them. The offer to create a book was formulated throughout Upper Austria:

We are surrounded by things, they have meaning, get life through them and do not leave us alone. In the three-part workshop series, which were offered and carried out throughout Upper Austria, these things were observed more closely, described and depicted pictorially. In this way, many stories from everyday life, the past and the future, from home and from the imagination can be formulated. And again and again these things will tell of us, of the inside and not only of the outside.

To this end, KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd went out to pro mente OÖ locations in Wesenufer, Freistadt, Braunau, Schärding, Ried, Steyr, Wels and Linz and worked with groups of up to 20 people on site and Covid-19 conditionally also online. The books produced in this project are brought to the book trade through pro mente edition.
