“When you forget what you know about things when you look at them, they tell you that they will forget us.” (Joë Bousquet, Le Meneur de lune)
Change management is a systematic method for working with the transfer of processes and incorporating strategies that effect change. The work *exit strategies/* from the series *moving stereotypes* examines, according to this model, the role models of historical objects and artifacts whose meanings are subject to change—are they disappearing?
Elisabeth Kramer (born 1980 in Burghausen, Germany) is a sculptor and conceptual artist who lives in Linz and Peuerbach. She studied fine arts with a focus on sculpture—transmedial space and experimental design—as well as cultural studies at the University of Art and Design Linz and the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts. In her sculptures, prints, and installations, she explores, among other things, the intersections of societal systems of rules
and the associated norms and stereotypes.
