On the occasion of the exhibition “Extraordinaire!” at LENTOS, a series of workshops took place from June/July. World-experienced adults met to create their individual books on “The World Around Me” from a variety of materials and artistic techniques. In exchange with each other and on their own, focused on embracing their own perceptions, finding the idea and transforming it onto paper, these worlds were created. A given paper and format of the book facilitated to bring the ideas into form. Sheet by sheet, essential and personal things were told and left behind by means of drawings, paintings, texts, photographs, textiles, collages, …..
